Are you interested in serving on Professional and Scientific Council? Have you considered running? Now is the time! Nominations are open for the upcoming election cycle now through March 6, 2026.

Serving on council is a great way to meet people across Iowa State, collaborate with campus leadership, and support the P&S community. P&S staff may self-nominate or nominate a colleague they think would be a great fit for council.

The Professional and Scientific Council represents the interests of professional and scientific (P&S) employees at Iowa State University. Serving as a vital link between P&S staff and university administration, the Council advocates for a positive work environment, provides input on policies, and promotes professional development opportunities.
